Lovely super Tuscan. Juicy with enough acidity and grip to stand up to smoked ribs. And not too expensive. — 6 months ago
Rich and creamy. Could finish a bottle or two. — 2 months ago
2021 vintage.
100 % Falanghina from single vineyard in Irpinia, Campania.
Grown in Calcareous clay soil between 300 and 440 meters elevation.
70 % fermented in stainless steel and 30 % partial fermentation in small oak barrels.
Bright, straw golden green colour.
White flowers, herbs, ripe apples and pineapple. It has a great textural richness on the finish.
It spends 8 months resting on its lees.
Quintodecimo also produces Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino……also equally impressive. — 4 months ago
Very Lovely! picked this up at Total Wine in late 2024. Were initally a little concerned that cork was dry and broke on opening. Can't recall price but it was probably $20. Perfect for a Sunday supper of ravioli and neatballs. Would definitely buy again. — 2 months ago
2021 vintage.
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Tuscany.
Deep, dark ruby red colour.
Blackberry, bay leaf and herbal on the nose.
Smooth tannins with dark plums, boysenberry, tobacco and vanilla.
This wine is inexpensive and loves anything coming off the BBQ. — 5 months ago
Brambly berry pie, watermelon, delicate effervescent. Perfect Lambrusco for a warm day or apero hour.

2020 vintage. Tasted with the winemaker. The "safe spot" in the current lineup. Verry approachable vintage for Barolo and this effort comes the closest to upholding usual expectations. Medium body. Some earth/dirt. Fruit apparent but not nearly the oodles cascading over the infinity juice pool as from this producer's 2020 Cannubi or Mosconi efforts. Structure solidly in place. Delicious. $80 resto cost. 02.07.25. — 21 days ago
