What a fun wine. No year on the bottle but enjoyed this one with Romanian Ostropel de pui which is a garlic chicken stew. Apricot and honeysuckle on the nose with a light orange blossom character. This is a completely organic and vegan Spanish Rose’ blend of Bobal (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Nice light pink color with some fuchsia highlights. Very fragrant with notes of ripe strawberries and white flowers. Fresh on the pallet featuring strawberries, melon and wet gravel. Just a hint of citrus on the finish. It’s no wonder Gewurztraminer is one of the four noble grape varieties in Alsace, France. 👏👏👏 It’s uniquely expressive, perfumed, rich, and oily with youthful and pronounced aromas 👃 of lychee, açaí, papaya, mango, pineapple, also sweet spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and rose, stargazer lily, elderflower, and wet stone. 🤩🤩🤩

👁 This wine is deep gold. 👄 It’s dry with a modicum of residual sugar. It has medium acidity, a medium(+) body, medium alcohol, and pronounced flavors, consistent with the nose, including notes of lychee, açaí, papaya, mango, pineapple, also sweet spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and rose, stargazer lily, elderflower, and wet stone. The finish is medium(+).

We’ve paired this wine with grilled vegan brats and roasted zucchini.

Dark purple in color with a wide purplish rim.

Nose of blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, licorice, light cedar, herbs, light barnyard, vegetables, tobacco leaf and earth.

Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with raspberries, currants, black plums, licorice, tobacco, chocolates, vegetables, peppercorn, earth, light bitter herbs and spices.

Tangy finish with round tannins and raspberries.

This 5 year old Cabernet Sauvignon is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.

Showing nice complexity now. Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of airtime.

Rich and fruit forward with nice earth notes. Balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food.

Grapes were aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Kosher and not Mevushal. Unfiltered and Vegan.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

This Côtes du Rhône blend is bright, light, youthful, medium-bodied, and red-fruit forward, with good acidity and medium tannins, pairing nicely with an alfredo pasta (vegan style) and spinach salad.

It’s an easygoing and food-friendly sipper.
