Delicious little inexpensive Rosé — 3 months ago
Not loving this as much. Not sure if it aged too much. We’ve had better. — 4 months ago
Waited a year to open this bottle in celebration of my wife and I’s wedding anniversary. Raspberry, strawberry, tart, smooth, yet slightly acidic. Might be biased due to the occasion, but this bottle is really amazing! Happy anniversary to my beautiful bride ❤️ — 2 months ago
100% Pinot Noir Rose’. Medium pink color. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, pomegranate, wet stones and purple flowers. Strawberry fruit dominates the palate with hints of tropical fruit and mint. Nice heft, density and mouthfeel. Fresh, bold and bright. Part of The Capital Grille’s 2024 Generous Pour Program. — 3 months ago
Stone fruit and citrus. Easy drinking and delicious for a spring or summer day in the sun. — 3 months ago
Light, elegant, a bit floral. Great wine — 2 months ago
2020 Disgorgment is utter perfection, a particular favorite, exploding with infinite depth of red berry fruit and chalky minerality with a vibrant, chiseled palate with singular texture and a finish that keeps on going. VO base with a touch of still Pinot from Francis Egly. Nothin’ like it. — 3 months ago
Deep rose color as a result of the maceration. Strawberry, raspberry, and yeasty notes. Nice acidity with long crisp finish. — 4 months ago

No doubt a cut above the NV rose bottling. Full of youthful energy yet so complex and composed.
The perfumed nose shows pristine berry fruits, blood orange, Granny Smith apple, citrus zest, white floral, light brioche, and chalk. Vibrant creamy bubbles. Tastes of Ginger spice and cinnamon as well. Clean and elegant long finish.
Disgorged in 2019. — 20 days ago
