2023 opened Jan 2026. Lots of leather with some lavender high notes on the nose. A jolt of red fruit, cassis and cherries, on the front, balanced by solid Cab tannic structure. The Zin components lend some fruity high notes to a substantial mineral finish. This is a warm and luscious wine. — 9 months ago

N: Salty dried butterscotch/caramel, Seashore, old boats, rot in the best of ways.
P: Sweet but no… upon entry, the impression is of something unctuous and sweet, for a bit of a second, then DRY. Yellow and gold flowers/melon,
heady at 16°. Great w baby artichokes and Parm and pan seared Branzino.
