GK. Absolutely fantastic. I love the combo of restraint and purity on the no star Molitor GK’s. Palate is just brilliant. Cut from a crystal it’s so pure with just the right amount of luscious sweetness and spice. Nose is slatey with dashes is stunningly pure fruit like apricot and green melon. Palate is super juicy and has great almost tannic grip and then that tannin explodes on the very long finish. Stunning. — 4 months ago

Champonois like. Brioche, no sign of effervescence but it was very pleasing — 6 months ago

Very muted in the nose… hardly anything at first, fresh saltiness, barely a hint of green apple & lemon peel. And yet, fresh & enticing.
And then, on the palate this sings! Simply beautiful! With a touch of roundness & creaminess on the palate but also vibrant acidity, salinity, stony minerality. Ripe yellow apple & lemon. Vibrant, juicy and quite complex. Great depth & length.
