Don't Forget to Soar White Blend

Pale straw/gold, with crustals on the cork; tart apple (not surprising given the crystals) and baking spice in the nose; full, silky mouthfeel with sour apple predominating; decent finish given this is a ‘22 being drunk in April ‘24, lingering puckery tart notes. Had with pasta and homemade marinara, the body and tartness stood up well. — 15 hours ago

Tre Colore Texas Carignan Mourvèdre Viognier 2022

Medium purple in color; raspberries, cherries, and dried herbs on the nose; low acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like tart cherry jolly ranchers, raspberry sauce, and black tea with a long fruity finish. There may be a little residual sugar in this wine, but it's still very good. It's easy drinking for anyone that likes sour candies. It could use a little more acidity. Nellie doesn't like it because it's sour. I love it. — a month ago

Baby Blue Corn Whiskey

It’s got a nice burn that I like in a whiskey, Raw—but without the medicine taste you’d often get by not aging it long in wood. — 6 months ago
