Leather, chocolate , raspberry, plum, high tannin With pizza — 20 days ago
Deep ruby/purple/black color. Black raspberry and blueberry fruit on the nose with additional hints of tobacco, leather, dried herbs and smoke. Same combination of black and blue berry fruit on the palate along with notes of dark plum, dark chocolate, coffee and baking spices. Long and supple finish with very fine grained tannins and well balanced acidity. Medium bodied with a nice combination of power and depth. Thank you for the gift, John P. — 7 months ago
Tons of berries and some acidity. Not a lot of body yet. — 3 years ago
Initially gave a blast of bright red fruit and vanilla. 2 hours later, it had really hit its stride with the cherry melting into leather and long tannins. Excellent Toro value — 7 months ago
This was dope. What a surprise for muscatel. Dry, lemon, lime, so great. — 3 years ago
This is a very tasty six-year-old Malbec from Mendoza. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing black fruits with vegetables, light vanilla, spices, black olives, earth, bitter herbs, barnyard, wood, tobacco, dark coffee and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and soft tannins.
I had it before, and this time I had it right out of the bottle, and it was really nice.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with a cheese plate.
A blend of 80% Malbec, 10% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Franc.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

First bottle had oxidation and was a touch towards vinegar.
2nd bottle was fresh and gorgeous. Great fruit flavors. Somewhat apricot and floral. Lovely. — 7 days ago
