Nice deep ruby color with a nose of dark berries, chocolate and a hint of tar. Nice flavors consistent with the nose. A smooth wine with good tannin structure and balance. Nice finish. Tannins are there to allow at least another 2-3 years of aging if not quite a bit more. Nice date at home with my bride of 20 years and a couple of months. — 4 years ago
