Ei liian hapokas, tasapainoinen , tuoksuu shamppanjalta 🙂.Kaikki shamppanjat ei tuoksu pelkästään shamppanjalta, niissä on paahtoleipää jne- mutta tässä ei, mikä mielestäni vaihteeksi piristävää. Menee hyvin ilman ruokaa, itseasiassa en kaipaa ruokaa laisinkaan tämän kanssa -lämmin kesäpäivä riittää, tai takkatuli. Sanoinko jo tasapainoinen? It is a 10🙌🏼 I may find a beer this good again in my life but it's incredible and happens to be local. it's been my favorite for awhile, some better some worse that's alcohol for you. Part of it is A) amazing beer B) distributed nearby so fresh off the line. It's 100% Mosaic, which gives off subtle pine on the nose and palette and hefty notes of tangerine and pineapple on the nose. The aroma is strong, the flavor is smooth with a tingle. They don't add as much additional hops at the end (which is what gives the extra big bitterness in IPAs like SN Torpedo, some Stone, etc.). It's clean and fun. It's a bummer that after you try something dozens of times it's not as amazing in the moment as you remember.. but if you get the right batch.. It's game-changing. Note the GABF gold for a brewing company 2 years old at the time. Must visit brewery on the central coast. — 9 years ago

Time for a Mai Tai...the original Trader Vic 1944 recipe...not those bastardized fruit juice/grenadine versions!
2 ounces good blended aged rums..I use 1 oz el Dorado 15 yrs and 1 oz 12 year Appelton estate
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/3 ounce orgeat syrup
1/2 ounce orange curacao
Combine all ingredients with 12 oz CRUSHED ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour..garnish with a mint sprig AND ENJOY!!!! — 7 years ago

2022/5/28 with tai sashimi 2 ways, tomato in dashi, chicken and new onion in pea and white miso soup, etc. There may be some bias since I’ve been looking for bottles like this since being reminded of how good classicist white Burgundy is with Kyoto food, but this really did it, and even more so considering the price. Savory, salty minerals, butter and citrus, the requisite oak, some honey from maturity - it all just works. — 4 years ago
