Chez Amig, van Podere San Giuliano is een Pignoletto. Dit type wijn is sinds 2014 een DOC-wijn en wordt geteeld op de heuvels van Bologna. Het resulteert in een zuivere, frisse wijn met uitzonderlijk veel mineraliteit en iets aangenaams zuurs. Groene appel, abrikoos en een kraakhelder mondgevoel.
