Nose: sweet key lime greenness, sour apple, fresh ripe sweet lemon, hints of minerality/saltiness. Palate: fresh citrus, slight honeydew, ripe sweet lemon. (Nose and palate were almost the same), slight spritz. Had with baja style fish tacos, served ice cold. Can't think of a better wine for this meal. Extremely easy to drink. — 5 years ago
