Distinctly syrah. Pretty much distinctly northern Rhone syrah. Super solid QPR. Had the '15 & the '16. I preferred '16 but everyone else preferred '15.

Blackberry, pepper, olive on the nose. Simple yet precise and lovely. The palate isn’t complex neither but with a radiant fruit, a peppery dimension a good width and a rather long blackberry finish. This wine delivers big time considering its price

Light body. Lovely Ruby color in direct sunlight. Cracked pepper on the nose, raspberry, red peppers and hints of leather on the tongue. Tannins are mild, almost not there, roll completely through. Very enjoyable but almost feels like needs a couple more years to mature.

Crazy delicious Syrah for the price (in our case $20 in a wine bar). Will look for this as a daily drinker.

May 27th, 2017Pepper, black fruits, licorice, a salty meaty touch on the nose. The palate is wide and long. Licorice again, blackberry, plum and nice long acid frame. Very enjoyable. Very well made.
