Floral bouquet, smooth, rich and velvety texture, hint of strawberry and tart plum, light yet rich enough to pair with a creamy pasta dish. — 7 months ago

2: At first sip, the rose bottega is light and airy with a touch of sweetness. It slowly turns into a more superb bitter yet slight heavy swallow. — a month ago
Took awhile for this to open up, but after a hour the nose showed new leather, sandstoney gravel, a bit of spice, and slightly dried cherry fruit. Lean and structured in the mouth, this seems like it will benefit from a few more years of aging. Certainly enjoyable now, though. — 7 months ago
This wine made from the Nosiola grape was a pleasant surprise and a delightful wine This 2016 vintage was drank in June 2024 at 8 years was nicely balanced between dry and sweet. It was crisp with a lingering taste of stone fruit. Look forward to tasting this wine again. — 7 months ago
Assertive acidity with just enough juice to make it sing. Dry aftertaste — 2 months ago
Perfect!!! I will not repeat what others said very well. — 5 months ago
Bright acidity (med-high), some deep red and purple fruit notes, cassis/currant. Aromatic and medium tannins, smooth yet slightly grippy. Not the longest finish and body is quite light. Almost floral. Drinks like an excited young kid version of a barolo, like an even lighter babaresco. — 7 months ago
