My go to White Burgundy Bourgogne producer in good vintages. You get good value in what is today an expensive burgundy market. 22 an outstanding vintage. I buy this without thinking in good vintages and have never been disappointed.

High viscosity, paraffin, tropical, stone fruits, lemon, lime, great chalkiness, limestone, white spice, sea spray, spring flowers, yellow lilies, excellent round acidity and elegant, polish & balance finish for days.

Excellent pair w/ the Jasper Hill Farms Harbison cheese. — 5 months ago

First of all Kudos to Ant Hill love the wax seal over cork! Deep Ruby with aromas of dark Berry fruits with notes of herbs, citrus, floral and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and cherry, tea, vanilla and herb tones, well balanced with acidity. Firm fine tannins on a long finish ending with fruit and floral herb character. Very nice! 2018 vintage. Haven’t tasted the 2018 Gravelly Meadow but RRT is more forward drinking-with oodles of berries and earth-than the 2018 Volcanic Hill (usually the fave of the three). Silky finish with that light, yet expressive, Diamond Creek body that they’re known for. — 4 years ago

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Vineyard Blend is an experimental wine that was bottled a few times in Diamond Creek's history, but never officially commercially released. The 2013, a blend of 70% Volcanic Hill, 25% Red Rock Terrace, and 5% Gravelly Meadow is superb. What a wine. Rich, powerful and savory, the 2013 is just starting to enter the place where it is approachable, in relative terms of course. There is still plenty of hillside tannin, and yet there is so much about the 2013 that is alluring. The aromatic breadth, the intensity of the fruit and the wine's persistence are all so compelling. This one is a 93+ at this stage with room for improvements with some more age.

The Farella showed a more savory character than the rest. It’s body thicker than the others. Ruby; blackberries, black plum, black raspberries & raspberries. Herbaceous notes, soft minerality-rock powder, limestone, volcanics and just drying top soil, dry tobacco, sandalwood, perfectly executed baking spices, dark spice, vanillin, withering dark, red, blue and violets, nice round acidity, nice tension, structure, well knitted & balanced structure with an excellent full minute finish.

Pano photo of Pritchard Hill from the estate (what a stunning view), barrel room, the estates wine collection; which given the excellent producers in it (bottles of Petrus just one of very expensive producers), I’d be a little earthquake nervous & lay some thin wire over the bottles to hold them in place and their tank room. — 2 years ago

Deep yellow flavour, low acidity, deeper grass flavour, light rock fruit. Strong cream feel, strong rockmelon, and heavy lemon citrus oaky flavour that lasts. Light tannnin. Citrus is a lasting flavour. — 3 years ago

Single vineyard from Turtle Rock Farms with whole cluster ferment.
Aged 20 months in 34 % new oak.
Dark ripe fruit with black cherry.
