Poke the Bear American Pale Ale

Revelry brewery Poke the Bear Pale Ale. Nice citrus hops. Medium-bodied. Had a little bit of hop weediness in the middle. I'm not too over-the-top, so for those people who really don't like IPAs but do like something a slight bit on the hoppy side, this one is a must. — 11 days ago

Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Excellent soft bold cab from Red mountain. Solid tannins but well integrated. Not overly oaked. Very supple after being open a few hours — 6 months ago

The Reveler Limited Edition Red Blend 2013

Beautiful integration, big fruit flavor tamed by elegant tannins. Black cherry, huckleberry tart, and a hint of rhubarb (which seems unusual to me). This one is worth hanging on to for several more years. — a month ago

The Reveler Red Bordeaux Blend 2011

2011 still showing its slow to develop quality. This one could age for at least another 5-10 years. Everything is supple about this wine: tannins, fruit, spice, body. Needs lots of aeration/time to open. Otherwise, brambly berry notes (blackberries) and hints of cherry, tobacco, white pepper and baking spices. Very pleasant. :) — 6 months ago
