Appley and light. Pour high for some bubbles. Really nice crisp wine. — 3 years ago
Very dry with a minerality on the nose with notes of peach and slight petrol. Long, dry finish with more minerality with peach and green apple. — 5 years ago

At Mini India for the first time. Really liked the food…this wasn’t the lowest cost wine on the list. We went for a mid priced wine (15.9€) and found it to be a delightful experience. Would definitely have this one again, especially at this price point. — 3 years ago
Balsamic tar and flower petals. Extremely tannic upon opening but evolved beautifully — 5 years ago
Smashing Rioja from a traditional family winery. This is the winery’s big hitting wine and it stands up to the task. Love this wine, full of black fruity flavours, with smashes of orange and is fresh and slightly creamy on the tongue. — 6 years ago
Deep ruby opaque with lots of sediment, mature and well balanced, minerals and acidity with tart cherries, light bodied lovely! — 4 months ago
Juicy and opulent. Raspberries, cranberries, lavender, and a bit of spice. Satisfying finish. — 7 months ago

Starting to go through my 2019s. At almost 7yrs, if the others are similar to this bottle, this seemed at absolute peak drinking with plenty of time to enjoy.
UV-SL has, for me, been one I normally open on the younger side as I enjoy the natural opulent and pure fruit tbh at the site can give. Lovely yellow with a tinge of green still showing in the glass. Everything about this wine showed what made me fall in love with Aubert…big aromatics of white peach, roasted nuts, honeysuckle, nutmeg and citrus. Textural and initially powerful, the fruit on the mid-palate is balanced nicely by the acidity with a killer finish. Lovely signature Aubert lemon cream, lemon scone, tropical fruits, honey, little bit of limestone grit and some ginger. Feels like it’s hitting peak with a long window. No rush, but if you have multiple, enjoy one soon. — a month ago
