Great value. Peach, tropical fruit. Crowd pleaser and easy drinker. — 4 months ago
very light pale yellow, slight acidity on the sip, very smooth and sweet finish /aftertaste ; pear and apple on bouquet, maybe peach, sweet apple taste — 4 months ago
Orange tinged gold colour . Very fruit driven still , lots of yellow fruits , crystallised orange peel , clementines , vanilla , spiced apricots . On the palate quite rich and decadent , lots of ripe yellow fruits , apricot , peach and then mandarin and caramelised orange . Touches of honey , vanilla , creme brûlée. Slightly bitter caramel tinged finish , with good vibrant acidity, balanced alcohol , long and elegant finish . Tastes so young still , maybe having been recorked in 2005 has something to do with that . Drinking well now but will still be perfect in another 20-30 years — 21 days ago
Best Sauvignon Blanc. Love Merry Edward’s wines. This has notes of pineapple, peach and apple. Also a touch of honey. Nice acidity — 4 months ago
Golden hay color. Banana, peach, pineapple, honey, apple, pear on the nose. Rich and buttery on the palate. Lychee, vanilla, cream. Distinct palate, but I prefer a less oaky chard. — a month ago
The fragrant 2020 Condrieu enters the stage with prominent lemon flesh, yellow apple, white peach, apricot and melon aromas. Medium- to full-bodied, it dazzles with a juicy core of ripe stone fruit flavors, mellow acidity and solid drive on the complex finish. (Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, March 2024)
