Beautiful Pinot. Cherry and plum jam at PnP that quickly opened up. Once opened it showed itself to be nice dark red cherry and surprisingly peppery spicy w white and black pepper notes that lingered a bit. This was delicious by itself and w food. Need to find some more... — 2 days ago

Pale lemon with fragrant aromas of tropical and citrus fruit with hints of garden spice. The palate shows fresh fruit flavors of peach, nectarine, lemon zest, and crisp apple, with the subtle biscuit and mineral tones from lees contact with no malolactic fermentation. The wine has lively acidity on a medium length finish ending with creamy tones. Good value! Very Nice! Tasting Sample! — 20 days ago

Inky black in the glass. Another Cab bomb from Hall. Loads of floral notes, dark berries and cherries. Leather, pencil shavings and hints of herbs. The biggest fruits dominates along with the tannins. Big long spice on the finish. Easily could keep another 10 yrs. — 3 days ago
Medium garnet color. Wonderful aromas of dark fruit, licorice, cocoa and cedar. Full bodied tastes of licorice, blackberries, and wild berries with a hint of wet stones. Silky smooth tannins. Nicely integrated wine. A great finish of licorice and fruit. — 18 days ago
My ideal flavor profile for a chardonnay — a month ago
Named for Craig Hall's mother, Eleanor “Ellie” Hall, artist & teacher, her artwork graces the label. Blend of 94% Cab Sauv & 6% Merlot, aged for 24 months French oak (65% new), deep Ruby big aromas of rich dark dried fruit, hints of floral & herb spices. Palate shows black cherry & raspberry currant flavors, sweet touch of licorice, espresso & cacao as oak, beginning to integrate. Structured tannins, complex yet enjoyable, will continue to age. Long finish ending with a touch of sweetness. Outstanding! TS — 19 days ago
This wine has reached a new peak; fully integrated tannins alongside chocolate that melds away to review a long finish of vanilla cream. The earthier profile of red fruit is present as is a nice complement of peppery spice. If you can access a bottle this is a must drink wine that will carry the night. — 3 days ago
