Gap's Crown Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018

We had the 2018 Vintage on 6/1-2/26. A terrific PN. Nice mouthfeel. New World. Black fruit and baking spice on the bouquet. Black cherry, black raspberry, candied apple and mild spice on the palate. Smooth finish. Good wine, from a good wine maker from a good vineyard — 6 days ago

Fabulous nose. Hints of dark fruit with extreme oak. Even better on the palate. Bold but smooth with great balance. Wonderful wine. — 3 months ago

Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Solid performer from Hall. Loads of plum, black cherry, black tea and wild berry notes, with a dash of graphite. Gave it a good 1 hr decant and it opened nicely. Fine tannins on the finish. As with most Hall wines it has a lot of fruit forward until it settles in. — a month ago

Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2023

Medium lemon color with aromas of fresh ripe stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate fresh fruit flavors of apple, peach, citrus and pineapple with honey and savory toasty oak tones. Long finish ends with tangy citrus, biscuit and mineral notes. — 2 months ago

Cellar Selection Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 23 months in French oak, deep Ruby color with aromas of dark ripe fruit with sweet herbs, floral and complex spices. On the palate flavors of ripe plum, blackberry and currants, licorice, cinnamon spice, sweet oak and cacao. Well integrated with fine soft tannins, the wine is complex yet enjoyable now and will continue to age. Long finish ending with savory oak, tobacco and slight earthy spice. — 3 months ago
