Whoa, Nelly. Pedro Jimenez, grown under flor, an “orange wine”….. so, essentially a sherry still wine. It’s pretty in your face, explosive in tangerine & umami notes. Smoky, strawberry aromas with a little bit of natural funk. Super light bodied, light fruit flavors and some pretty big tannins. Chilled down for a hot summer night, it should go lovely with Traeger brisket. — 8 months ago
