カリカンテ、グリッロ、インソリアなどシチリアの地葡萄を色々アッサンブラージュ。
5〜7日間程度のマセラシオンに栗の大樽熟成ということで、しっかりオレンジなのか、重めなのか予想しにくいテクニカルだが、タンニンも軽やかで、樽香などもあまり感じずに、かなり軽やかなオレンジで、ザクザク系の白としても使える感じ。

Initially tasted like Chardonnay then evolved with an hour of air and warming. Still rich and big fruit initially but the a waxy and acidic finish. It’s very unique and I like it. Not a crowd pleaser but one to contemplate. — 3 months ago
