Stunning nose. Light color for a 15. Big big cherries. Licorice, sweet yet earthy. On point. Wafting. Almost a citrus element as well. Gorgeous. Sappy, sweet with an overflow of pure bursting berry/cherry fruit and lithe tannins. Ethereal. What a talent this guy is. — 7 years ago
I shit you not. Was organizing our overflow of wines, and stumbled across a case of Aubert!
I reached in a grabbed whatever came out, et voilà…
Honeycomb nose, combines with a light caramel and nutmeg notes on the mid palate. Viscous mouthfeel, moderate sweetness and very little acidity imply early drinking — 4 years ago
Opening my NYE wine tonight (was at a great party last night, no control over the wine however. Food was amazing though). Anyway opened this wine from Opus, their 2nd label, and from what I've read is a blend of overflow from 2010, 2011, and 2012 flagship Opus. It's really drinking well now. Beautiful Bordeaux aromatics on the nose, flavors of vanilla, cassis, and currants flow from the glass. Truly drinking excellent right now. Cheers 🍷 — 9 years ago
This is a review for Jean Francois Ecot’s Vin de Pays Viognier, the fruits of which sourced from Languedoc. Exotic and sweet spices (cumin, cinnamon, turmeric) and lifted stone fruits overflow the glass. Low acidity and light bodied, yet creamy, rich, and delicious. No perceptible phenolics bitterness. Biodynamic. — 7 years ago
Quite sparkly (overflow when opening). But nicely dry. One of the better sparkling wines. — 7 years ago

No notes but a hard crush on Sangiovese from Romagna- like an easy Vespa ride down to the beach. Like I barely noticed it but can feel my happiness overflow. And cheap. — 2 years ago
