Solid wine and interesting field blend but didn’t wow me. — 6 months ago
This apparently is a joint project of Egon Muller and Miroslav Petrech. It’s really good. Almost petrolly minerals and green herbs mingle with fragrant green and golden apple on the nose. There’s a hint of a lactic or sponti note too. Big yet balanced and lively in the mouth. Big flavors are quite dry. Nice acids for a wine that’s 14%. Color me impressed! — 10 months ago

I'm taken back to the mustard fields of Alsace staring up at the hectares of old field blends in Berkhem. — 7 months ago

Deep gold in color. Apricot cobbler, ginger, ripe peach, and petrol on the nose. The palate presents apricot liquor, flint, orange liqueur, white pepper, ginger, cinnamon, clove, dried stone fruit, and lemon. Medium bodied, medium alcohol, medium acid, and a long complex finish. This wine is at its prime at 13 years old. A fascinating wine. — 3 months ago

For me this is truly one of the great whites of this world. Awesome with these cheeses and some toast and delicious on its own. — 2 months ago
