El sabor intenso a chabacano y cebada de este vilanovés es muy cautivante. Los albariños no defraudan, eso para mí es un hecho hasta el momento. Refrescante como la brisa de Pontevedra de su cuna.
The intense flavor of apricot and barley of this vilanovés is very captivating. Albariño do not disappoint, that for me is a fact so far. Refreshing as the breeze of Pontevedra from its cradle. — 7 years ago
Bright fruits on the nose and to start with a nice light buttery finish, but a nice acidity. Molly's notes: green apple, lemon and creamy finish. Lovely alone on this warm spring day! — 8 years ago
Lots of red fruits (cherries, strawberries) on the nose and palate, some vanilla/leather and lingering spiciness. Very light bodied for a cab, a smooth juicy mouthfeel with some tannins. Molly's review "my instinct is to marry this bottle with s'mores at a WI fall fire pit." I usually don't go for cabs; this could change my mind! — 8 years ago
Had at Sara's baby shower (twins) at Molly's in April 2017. Bought at Total Wine. — 9 years ago
Yes, this was cradle robbed, but so delicious. Gorgeous nose, with almost everything but fruit. Slate, rock, earth, blood, spice everything you want and need. On the palate tart cherry and gorgeous acidity keeps you coming back. — 9 years ago
Robbing the cradle but this is so damn good! Great texture, balance, and length. Supremely satisfying and refreshing. With time this will develop all the layered joy of great Burgundy, for now it’s impressively delicious. — 6 years ago
Top chenin blanc with lots of «hope»! Great alternative to the more exclusive french wines from Rohne and Burgundy. — 6 years ago
Robbing the cradle I know, yet have to taste when I grab a trinity.
Smells like roasted animal fat (as a Pescatarian, the same qualities are very similar) and old socks.
Tastes of olive oil (Animal fat) Herbs de Provence, leather, Tabac.
This finishes with medium tannin/acid mouthfeel.
This is a nice Cab Franc. South America shines!

Wet stone and creamy lemon...a quiet wine. Very pleasant / high drinkability...nothing is over the top. Neutral oak ferment and finished in steel — 9 years ago

Solid value Zin. Jammy. First bottle of the 2015's can't wait to try the rest. — 8 years ago
Tight and robbing the cradle. Rich, but full tannins. — 8 years ago
Dark black fruits and a hint of spice on the nose, silky smooth palate, medium body, light acid. More spicy than fruity but definite raspberry and blackberry in there. Molly's notes: black raspberry, black plum, earthy. A very drinkable pinot alone or with food. Yum! — 8 years ago
Grand Opening Wine Tasting w/Lark @ Molly's Rockford Dec 6, 2017....
Better than any other Barefoot! — 9 years ago

Robbing the cradle. 15% abv. and it’s not shy about it. 80% Merlot, 20% Cab Franc. Needs 3+ hours of air if drinking now. Powerful, spicy, earthy nose. Tannin is wonderfully approachable. This wine is gonna slap in 2030. — 4 years ago
