Austrian (Bergunland) Bordeaux Style Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (52%) and Merlot (48%). Aromas and flavors of ripe black fruit and cranberry with hints of vanilla and tobacco. Touch of mint. Very approachable RED blend (60% Zweigelt, 30% Blaufrankish and 10% St. Laurent) from the Burgenland Region of Austria. Deep purple color. Aromas of dark cherries and purple flowers. Juicy fruit forward pallet with nicely balanced and refreshing acidity. This wine has aged quite nicely. Tannins are well integrated. Can handle being chilled. Nice wine.
