Interesting white blend from Alsace, 35% Sylvaner, 30% Riesling, 15% Pinot blanc, 10% Muscat and 10% Gewurztraminer. Paired with sashimi and shirashi, the integrated white flavors of peach and stony fruits were delicious and delicate to incorporate the raw fish with it. The enticing long finish was remarkable. Will repeat it next sushi time. — 2 years ago

Really liked this. Light on the palate with most citrusy and stonefruits but had also a nutty and autolutic complexity without being to heavy. Great wine — 8 months ago
Sweet. Good. — 4 years ago
Initially honeysuckle and apricot. Changed a bit with food to have more brightness, petrol and peach with a bit of residual sugar. A really soft, slightly viscous mouth feel. — 5 years ago
Ripe pineapple on the nose, big buttery body with a good amount of acid to balance it out, notes of tropical fruits with some sweetness like creme brulee. Mmmmmmm!! — 6 years ago

Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny, first time staying and blown away by this PN, from Beziers no less!! Fruits galore, well structured, almost a perfect PN! — 4 years ago
Apricot and yeast. Nice, but take it to another level and mix with peach nectar for your breakfast mimosa. — 6 years ago
A blend of several Alsatian grape varieties, this Cremant has stone fruit, strawberry notes and some biscuit aromas. The palate shows apple and pear flavors, lemon zest with nice texture. Tangy finish, champagne like, pleasant, ending with yeasty character. Nice value. — 7 years ago
Light and crisp. Not too dry. Good alone or as a mimosa/ Bellini. — 8 years ago
Perfect pairing with a fantastic BBQ’d turkey. Smooth, dry and medium-bodied. — 9 years ago
