Initially honeysuckle and apricot. Changed a bit with food to have more brightness, petrol and peach with a bit of residual sugar. A really soft, slightly viscous mouth feel. — 3 years ago

Interesting white blend from Alsace, 35% Sylvaner, 30% Riesling, 15% Pinot blanc, 10% Muscat and 10% Gewurztraminer. Paired with sashimi and shirashi, the integrated white flavors of peach and stony fruits were delicious and delicate to incorporate the raw fish with it. The enticing long finish was remarkable.
