Bright yellow color with a bit green hint. Light aromas of toasts, red apple, some citrus and lime. Balanced and refreshing taste, lemon zest, medium body. Small and fast bubbles, medium aftertaste.

Crémant D'Alsace - French champagne that's not "champagne" but still really good bubbly - less bite then champagne, and very refreshing! Viva La Alsace!
