Dry, mineral, fizzy but not overwhelming, with a fruity undertone. — a year ago
Sonoma Valley Sparkling project of this exceptional Champagne House. 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir. Bright golden color. Aromas and flavors of ripe apples, apricots, pears, white flowers, marzipan, lemon zest and a nice hint of pastry dough. Quite fruit forward with a very soft texture. A fine and consistent bead of bubbles. Quite the crowd pleaser. Outstanding value for this quality. — 2 years ago
One of the best wines I've had the pleasure of drinking. Wonderful multi layered cab sav. Pencil shavings..condensed milk..wet slate..forest floor..absolutely wonderfull! — 5 years ago
Incredible Traditional Brut! I really enjoy extra dry cava and while this is from France not Spain I’ll be buying it again. If the bubbles were smaller I would definitely give it a 10! It’s dry but has a long finish that’s amazing, really well balanced. — 6 years ago

Refreshing and elegant, bone dry, great acidity, fine mousse. Don’t drink too cold, as it opened up in the glass. Excellent value for the price. My new house wine! — 5 years ago

Gringet! Love this nose. Hay, herbal, alpine, feral, piney, so different and invigorating. Superb alpine air minerality. Great purity and such clean mousse. Lovely sap and extract with terrific persistence on the finish. Very pure and very clean. Such a unique and delicious wine. Not much fruit which is a very good thing. — 6 years ago
Bright, crisp, minerals, and green apple. Nice way to start the Christmas Eve festivities — 6 months ago

Megan borrowed from Anna. Enjoyed this for a white. Tasted like a nice marbough — 5 years ago
Crisp nose of unripe pear, honey and lime on the nose. Baked honey crisp apple, white flower, slight petrol on the palate. Lovely minerality and sense of terroir in this wine. — 6 years ago
Very Beaujolais-like. Lots of juicy pomegranate, blueberry, cranberry, and a bit of grape. Rose and violet potpourri, vintage lipstick, crushed oyster shell minerality. Bright, lifted, and very pretty with subtle chalky tannins. (This review is for the 2019 Iruai Shasta-Cascade) — 6 years ago
