Piuze makes fantastic Chablis, so perhaps not surprising how much value his sparkling wine brings. Much more detail & incisive focus than 17$ should be; very dry on palate, with small red berry essences & very balanced. This beats up Cremants at the same price point, & then some. — 5 months ago

Blend of about 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and rest Mourvèdre, deep Ruby red color with aromas of red fruit flavors, spice and cedar.
