So glad to find this again! Bright on the tip of the tongue but not spritzy. Pear, celery, and even meatiness at the back of the mouth enlivened by a little minerality. Drank this with (full disclosure) a sandwich of mayo-based tuna salad with egg, avocado and really good durum wheat bread. Want to give this wine a better go with paella or clams and chorizo! Vibrant, limpid, ruby. Initial nose of cranberry, bitter raspberry pip, irony mineral tones, tea roses. With air gains a pomegranate and slight beety note as well as some petrichor. Energetic palate with lively acidity. A good foil to salmon cakes with homemade tarragon mayo and Yukon golds persillade. — 3 years ago

1.5 oz. 100% agave Reposado Tequila
1.0 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz. Agave nectar
0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed orange juice.
