Drank with Thanksgiving dinner at Marks. Fruitier end of Oregon Pinot, but really good with the meal. Mark smoked the turkey after lathering it in mayo. A trick he learned from a local BBQ pit boss. First time the white meat has ever been better (juicy and tender) than the dark). — 25 days ago
Vibrant, limpid, ruby. Initial nose of cranberry, bitter raspberry pip, irony mineral tones, tea roses. With air gains a pomegranate and slight beety note as well as some petrichor. Energetic palate with lively acidity. A good foil to salmon cakes with homemade tarragon mayo and Yukon golds persillade. — 5 years ago
Very peppery - could’ve benefited from decanting — 6 years ago
A crowd pleaser for a hungover day. Drier than expected, not the typical-typical Lambrusco in the right way. Compliments spice and mayo exceptionally.
It’s Lambrusco flavored. No major or minor notes, just exactly what you’d expect in a less expected package. — 3 years ago

Nice zin. Smooth. Opened it last night. Had most of it. Tonight, Still tastes great. Had a wonderful time at the vineyard a long time ago. Brings me back where we hacked into their speaker and played dance music. 60+ bottle. But really just priceless to me. Thanks Seth. — 17 hours ago
