Magnificent! — a month ago
A magnificent Pinot from the Santa Rita Hills. Matthias casts his magic and the results are phenomenal. I would swear this was a Syrah, but not a drop. A perfect melody of bright berry notes together with deep, dark fruit that’s almost savory. A bargain at any price. @Delectable Wine this is the Backseat Freestyle. — 2 months ago
A very adictive glass of riesling. Honey with some orange zest bitters. Tropical fruits in the background. Fresh from the cellar (2C warmer) the wine also has lots of minerals and herbs. So perhaps not cool it all the way down on lots of ice. As always with M”uller wines just enough citric type acids to keep it fresh. Even though it is spatlese. — 2 months ago
This is the most basic riesling by the family Müller. Only costs € 5,60 and you are expected to drink real fast. Like within a year. But nothing is more true. 5 years later it is still a great glas. Fruit has ripened, more complex. Fresh but with a bit of caramel. Nice acids. — 3 months ago
Nice and powerful. Full bodied. Acidic. — 20 days ago
Feldstück Chardonnay
Very fresh and vivid, with quince, green pears and a touch of camomile. A whiff of hay, too. On the palate this is taut, fresh, clear. Quince and pears again, with a touch of saltiness and a a slightly smoky edge (a touch of bacon?)
This is far from the Chardonnay standard but so delicious nevertheless! — 2 months ago

Nose is wet hay. Palate is green apple, pear and lemon...subtle grass. Minerality is wonderful. — 11 days ago
