Absurdly delicious. A beautiful expression of the south of France. Joy in a glass. Refreshment and pleasure; just enough richness. — 2 months ago

Cherry/strawberry, fruit roll-up, wild herbs de Provence,, iron, sage, hint of licorice, medium tannin and nice acid. Great wine. 2020 vintage. Couldn’t wait longer to open it with a steak. Hopefully I’ll have more patience next time. :) — 8 days ago
Really well balanced wine. Great tannin, acidity and texture. Lovely red fruit — a month ago
An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — 4 months ago
Apr 2025: fruit bomb, raisins and black plum, nice nose. Lucks acidity and little body, one dimensional — 5 days ago

Fascinating. Like a white port or sherry. Nearly amber colored. Oxidative and reductive. Lots of wood. Hardly acidic at first but as it opens acidity goes to plus. Finishes shorter than I’d like. — 6 months ago

This is a totally brilliant wine. Just outrageous. The nose is a 10. Caramel, ocean air, salt, fresh wood shavings, burnt embers, tea leaves, just unreal. Completely blown away. You cannot ask for anything more. It’s so expressive yet so grounded. Absolute peak aromatic brilliance. It is so scary elegant you think it’s floating but that saltiness kicks in while swishing and then icing on a cake like a dry Mosel but unreal clarity and richness to the salty nutty flavors and just thunderous acidity. The elegance and inner mouth aromas and flavor intensity are just incredible. This and the 2010 are neck and neck. — 11 days ago
