Довольно маслянистое и плотное для лета, но подойдет для суровой каталонской зимы в качестве альтернативы красному — a year ago
The wine is fresh considering the region , exhibiting nice floral notes, red fruits, and fantastic minerality that I love from priorat. No better example of the region for the price. — 6 years ago

60/40: Grenache, carignan. Gorgeous bright red berry aromas, brambly, smooth tannin, espresso, roasted coffee finish, woodsy, pine. Yumm! — 10 years ago
This white grenache has lots of personality and was a good mat h for a Spanish dinner with a seafood paella. — 9 months ago
Lovely well rounded little known priorat. At 21 years of age remarkably youthful. — a year ago
This is a Gil Family offering. Blend of Mazuelo (35%), Garnacha (35%) and Syrah (30%). Dark inky ruby color with a slight garnet rim. Black and blueberry aromas with notes of iodine, purple flowers, asphalt and smoke. Intense dark cherry and blueberry flavors with hints of baking spices and black licorice. Aged for 18 months in French oak. The additional bottle age has further developed the smooth texture and fine tannin structure. Ripe, plush and bold. Outstanding Spanish Montsant Red Blend! Revisited in August 2025. Hitting its peak! Thanks for the fantastic gift, Petey! — 5 years ago

Great summer white! Drinking on the lawn with mom friends. — 9 years ago
2016 vintage. Last tasted 11.06.24 (9.2). This has come together a bit more since then. One thing I can tell you is you got to be free. Showy dark cherry and oak marriage with spices aplenty. Medium body alongside respectable mojo filter tannins. Fun and built for speed. 08.14.25. — 10 months ago
v18. Soft, smoked meat nose. Fresh, bright, layers of cherry and black cherry fruits. Clean, smooth, pleasingly bitter finish. Enjoyable. — 4 years ago
At wine store and similar to the Mas de Corasado by the Gil Family. — 6 years ago
The sommelier has fun, we are lost a mix of old unknown grapes and others a thrill to taste. — 8 years ago
Rich black fruit with moderate tannins. — 8 years ago
Might be my favorite of the 2013 Black Slates (And no, I haven't had the Mas d'en Compte one yet). Dried figs, chocolate and a perfectly balanced diet between the slate and the oak. — 10 years ago
