IIRC, this is made by Ployez-Jacquemart. The wine pours a light straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, mostly orchard fruits, apple, some lemon curd, brioche and minerals. Recently I’ve found some of their stuff hit or miss but this is no joke especially for the price. Great “orange” wine with nice fruit, depth, acid, hint of grip, and verve. Not really any “natural” funk, perhaps the bottle age has evened it out. — 9 months ago

+1 hour decant(decent fine/cloudy sediment). A striking dark magenta color. On the nose: sweet black fruit, earthy mushroom, leather, bacon, floral.
