The very pleasant nose did not translate to taste in the way expected of this maker. Twenty years later, I believe this wine is still evolving, requiring more patience. Medium lemon yellow , some development . On the nose this is still quite fresh , with some yellow fruits , white peach, white flowers, red apple , creamy lemon curd . On the palate this is quite rounded with touch of smoky lemon curd, lightly buttery and white peach . Balanced acidity , but not the brightest , and ok length , quite rounded but balanced . Good now and over the next few years . Impressive for a basic Bourgogne Blanc , especially from 2011. — 4 months ago
