Medium straw with green reflexes . Pear , quince , melon , with a sage and white pepper twist. On the palate a bit rounder than the nose would suggest , though with high balanced acidity. The palate shows pear, melon and fresh herbal notes with a touch of white pepper, blanched almond , lemon pith on the finish. Ok length with balanced alcohol . Drink now and over the next 5-8 years — 4 months ago

Medium straw colour . Quite lean and focused on the nose at first , white stone fruits , peach , apricot , blanched almonds, sage . On the palate quite rich and creamy , just balanced acidity with good intensity of similar fruits to the nose , white peach , touch of apricot, with a herbal touch on the finish. A little bit fat , with the alcohol showing through a little , but with ok length and balance overall. The following day this shows a little better balance , and integration . The texture of this wine is made for food and will probably age quite well over the next 5 or so years — 2 months ago
