A Great night to say the least:
Magnum of Gargiulo money ranch road,
2000 Bryant, 25 year Macalllan. Totally forgot to post this pick from a few weeks back!
The Bryant drank as good as any French Bordeaux that Iโve ever had. The money ranch toad was mediocre in comparison and the 25 year Macallan was 2nd only to the amazing company we had in our house that night!!
Great times to say the least!

@Bill Bender Wish you and the remainder of the ๐ทWine Nerd Herd๐ท were here right now! This baby is going down so ever so smoothly! You would really dig it! And so would they!!! โ 8 years ago

I would also add flower, vanilla and fruity scents (maybe white peach). โ 3 years ago

May very well be the best Macallan whisky ๐ฅ Iโve had taste-wise. โ 8 years ago
A little spicey, not as smooth because of the cognac barrels. Slight fruit, a little bitter on aftertaste. No peat. $85 at target (a bit pricey) might get it if it were in the $50s. โ 4 years ago
Really nice bottle that I find to be a bit more tame and integrated when compared to The Dalmore 12, which is also aged in Oloroso casks (both American and European oak). This selection has sweet caramel & fig, winter spices, toffee, and some nuanced citrus and fresh wood. โ 6 years ago

Great, slightly sweet taste! A notch less than Johnny Walker Black Label! Had it with ice & a little bit of water! โ 8 years ago
Nice aroma. Suitable to substitute for Macallan 18; to drink more often. Some burn and bite. โ 8 years ago
