Jura FTW again! Man, this producer is fast becoming one of my favorites. Complexity here is off the charts: granite, cherry, cranberry, mushroom, dried herbs, eucalyptus, and more. Light and smooth, low tannins, it still packs a big flavor punch. Cherry cola, orange peel, lots of pepper. Heck yeah. — a year ago
Damn Fine on the palette with a warm, dark finish!
Great for any occasion with friends or… treasure it on your own! — a month ago
Sweet, drinks like a pinot noir, very smooth. — 5 months ago
A blend of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Carmenère, 19% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot, aged in 53% new oak, remainder in second used oak. Deep Ruby with pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, oak and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and sweet plums with vanilla, cedar, herb and earthy notes. Fine sweet tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with notes of spice, fruit and cedar. Beautiful, just starting to open, will be good for next decade. — 3 months ago

Vintage 2012 | great smell with all Saint Julien characteristics, taste falls back in this modest year. Lovely effort though. — 14 days ago
