Drier than most champagnes I’ve had. Lemon rind, green apple. Crisp bubbles. — 5 years ago
Fantastic mouth feel, crisp with striking acidity. Definitely great all by itself on a hot day but. Dagueneau, Les Pentes, Pouilly Fumé 2018 has enough body and character to pair with citrus or tomatoes but can also cut through a cream sauce, cold or deep water fish or would pair nicely with broth and lemongrass or ginger — 6 years ago

Aroma of wild blackberries. Light, bubblegum, cranberry, fresh violets. Such a interesting wine. — 5 years ago
Balanced, stony mineral Sauv blanc. Very elegant. A little less expensive that Didier Dageneau! — 5 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with aromas of black berry fruits and earthy spice notes. On the palate ripe raspberry and blackberry flavors with notes of cacao and vanilla. Medium finish, fine tannins, ending with fruit and earthy tobacco character.
