Killer suds for the money! Wait? I didn't even pay for it! Lol! — 4 years ago
Classic saison nose - this is the yeast by product I constantly try to emulate in my beers. Touch of funk, ripples of spiced coriander, just too over-carbonated. Don't get me wrong, Overstand how this needs to be Primed via champ yeast in the bottles to survive export, it's just sometimes the suds overtake my palette. Still a damn fine ale. — 7 years ago

Active peach-gold and inscrutably, near opaque, with an arrogantly vaulted, whited foam tower, unblemished by human tears; clinging lacing like dish soap suds, tear raggedly to silhouettes of prehistoric headbutts. Soapy breastmilk and citrus rising on yeast, grapefruit pith peeled thinly, clover rolls just browning, and leather fringes. Lively mouthfeel as expected. Lime pith and grapefruit with papery ginger slices, orange zest, magnolia, carrot bread, straw, zucchini spirals, ginseng, and banana peel. Complex rusticity. .

Just the right beer for South Florida; bright with the slightest alpenglow, thick cumulus suds, with aspirational lacing like angel wings. Tropical start of sweet grapefruit and diced, dried pineapple, lemon zest, gooseberry, pear, papaya and mango aromas. Zippy lime, salted lemon, kaffir lime leaves, carrot-squash purée, lemongrass and tangerine pith. There is a sweet, ripe note running the breadth of this one, feels like paradise. — 5 years ago
