Degustation with Delectable friend Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina at Restaurant Dan Arnold in Brisbane. This was the first matching wine, a Muscadet from the Loire Valley. Fresh and grapey. No oak influence, low acid Must drink more Muscadet in the warmer months. — 9 months ago
