Back in CA and attacked the cellar to bring wines to the desert. Side by side with 2016 Lancaster Estate. Both delicious. — 6 years ago

Very fruity. Can drink as a substitute for sangria. — 5 years ago
Bought it for my PA, and thought I should try it first. $30 at PLCB. Surprisingly good. With leftovers from Luca (Lancaster). — 5 years ago
Delicious Bordeaux drinking in Lancaster PA — 9 years ago
Fresher young-drinking style with bright red cherry with notes of mint, bay leaf, and pie spices with a medium-length finish. Picked this up out of curiosity at the local supermarket on a trip to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Better than I expected, a well balanced wine that would go well with most dishes. — 4 years ago
Deep Ruby with complex aromas of dark fruit aromas and subtle spices. On the palate ripe blackberry and cherry flavors with notes of espresso, cacao and vanilla. Elegant soft tannins with toasty oak and balanced acidity drinking well now on a long finish ending with fruit and oaky character. — 5 years ago
Very good once it opened up. — 6 years ago
Nice wine. Paired with a filet and baked potato. Very smooth with soft tannins. — 7 years ago
Eucalyptus and earth, blue fruits and slight oak. Found at a private collection in NY and worth it. Luxurious mouthfeel, super smooth tannins but very youthful for a 34 yr old bottle. Special wine for a special day. Happy Easter @Marcus Lancaster wish you were here to share brother. — 9 years ago

PnP. Big wine with great depth, but massive oak. Lots of life left. Will try my other bottle in 5yrs and hope the oak tones down and some fruit comes through. — 9 months ago
