Ending his wine clubs and tasting rooms, Mueller sold the winery and facilities, vineyards - not the brand - to a so far unannounced name…at least per Google. Super-vitaminized syrah in the Moroccan sun (drunk on the spot!). Cuvée admirably conducted by Alain Graillot renowned for his Croze-Hermitage: charming nose of ripe red and black fruits, and an explosive bouquet of dried flowers. Wonderful vinification with well-integrated fruit / wood tannins; a supple and velvety palate. Otherwise, it is still very alcoholic. This prominence can be attenuated per hour of ventilation and refreshed to 13-15 degrees. 14-18 € ok, but not more!

Syrah sur-vitaminée sous le soleil Marocain, bue sur place! Cuvée admirablement conduite par Alain Graillot réputé pour ses Croze-Hermitage: nez charmeur sur des fruits rouge et noirs bien mûrs, et bouquet explosif de fleurs séchées. Vinification admirable avec des tanins fruits/bois bien fondus; une bouche souple et veloutée. Pour le reste ça n’en reste pas moins très alcooleux, dont la proéminence sera atténuée par heure d’aération et rafraîchi à 13-15 degrés. 15€ euros c’est bien mais pas plus ! — 4 years ago

Nez de fruits noirs, cerises noires, canelle. La bouche est pleine, très riche, assez large et ample, une densité surprenante mais avec une certaine élégance et tout de même équilibré dans le style. Sera surement très bon avec 2-3 ans en cave. 91

So typical of Chablis and of a Preuses from Fèvre. Flinty aromas, sea shells, spices and fresh lime. The palate follows suit with an acidity that is strong, a certain roundess to the palate to balance the acidity, minerality and salinity are very present, so Chablis Grand Cru like, great length and will be even better in a few years. 92-93+

Nez typé Chablis avec des coquillages, pierre à fusil, des épices et de la lime. Une bouche sur le même registre, acidité tranchante presque, salin et minéral, mais avec une certaine rondeur qui équilibre le tout, mais tellement Chablis, belle longueur et sera encore meilleur dans quelques années. 92-93+
