Mint and ripe white fruit along with a touch of smoke on the nose. The palate is full and rich, yet mineral, precise and clean, great balance and goo length. Impressive and excellent.

My buddy @Nathaniel DiMaggio turned me onto this producer. The 15s are lights out. Not from an exceptional vineyard but definitely 1er cru in name and quality. Essential oil on the nose with lemon, quince and super green lime. Acacia flowers as well. Textured but not rich. Mineral but not angular. Just really really nice and worth seeking out — 6 years ago

2022 vintage. Open 3 hours before tasting. Medium-heavy body. Overt oak and trending more Meursault than P-M. Very little of the P-M subtlety and "minerality" one expects and pays for. Just okay with but less than stoked. Kinda pissed because this was sourced for a larger party that also wanted, and drank, Sancerre as well. Suddenly, not so pissed about this being off the range Puligny. 1.24.26. — 8 months ago

The vineyard borders Puligny 1er Garenne. Pale lemon with stone and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate crisp apple with orange citrus and sweet mineral notes. This medium-body wine was smooth with a wet stone character and overall good balance. The wine finishes with pronounced mineral notes and slight smoky notes on a medium+ ending. — 6 years ago

First experience with Bandol... liked it! Dark and thick, almost black. Ripe but not as fruity, earthy and very full bodied, punchy wine with noticeable tannin. A good one for spicy or greasy food, although I will still pick an Aglianico or Uruguayan Tannat over it... — 6 years ago
