I think this is the best release of this wine I’ve had. LC22. It’s excellent tonight layered with ripe orchard fruit, gun smoke, salted hazelnuts and exotic spices. The palate is structured and concentrated with a satiny texture and vibrant energy giving way to a saline and mineral laced finale. Delicious! — 11 days ago

Excellent example of a northern #Rhône #syrah deep ruby color still youthful, six years after vintage. on the nose, leather black pepper, plum, tart, red cherry, some dark chocolate notes, toast. on the pallet full-bodied, medium+ acidity for fine slightly green tannins finishes long, but I find it a little bit grippy and coarse and bitter, so if it were a little bit smoother and juicy.
