Ruby. Nose of tobacco, smoke, cherry, fresh blackcurrant, violet, earthy. Palate of ripe cherry, blackcurrant, leather, vanilla, clove. Medium + velvet Tannin, medium+ acidity.
Paired with USDA T-bone. It wasn't just a meal; the earthy depth of the wine transformed the mushrooms and steak into a multidimensional experience. It reminded me why I value the art of pairing so much. — 5 months ago
Aged in new French oak. Pure Syrah. Inky ruby coloration. On the nose, dark cherry, cassis, minerals, earth, leather, vanilla. On the palate, full bodied, rich mouthfeel, dark berry, cassis, spice and loads of chocolate. Long chocolaty finish. Tannins still present and persistent. — 6 months ago

Golden coloration. On the nose, lemon, brioche, minerals. On the palate, nice creamy texture, fuller body, a touch of earthiness, but primarily long lasting citrus and lemon notes with minerality on the palate that finishes strong with those 3 notes ending with a crush of a acidity. — a month ago
