Tedorigawa Kinka Daiginjo/Nama Sake

2023 June. Full bodied, almost oily texture. Fruits, flowers, and minerals. My wife and I loved it, my daughter tried twice and it wasn’t for her. Paired so well with the Yakitori; burrata with mentaiko, orange zest and toasted nori; — a month ago

Yuho Rhythm of the Centuries Junmai Yama-oroshi Sake

Lot 6.2022. Just received this spring in a shipment from Garagiste ex-Seattle.
This is less savory and more soft for me. It doesn't show quite the meaty richness I've seen in some other yamahai. Better to serve this room temp or warmer.

Kubota Manju

Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Let’s see. Right out of the bottle it’s a bit thin and lacking a lot of flavor. Feeling a little bit of heat but no real finish or dominate notes. It’s from a magnum so probably needs air. — 2 months ago

Definitely better as it warms. This is one you don’t want highly chilled.

From “magnum”. Not sure what you call these for sake. — 6 months ago
