I love this wine. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s an excellent rose with a dose of sweetness from the addition of unfermented juice. 2007 vintage drank in April 2021. Aged surprisingly well. Would’ve been perfect 2-3 years ago. Soft velvet features with strong notes of dark chocolate, plum, blackberry and pepper. Solid 90 points — 3 years ago
