Nice floral and yellow plum. Good acidity. Finishes with a little not unpleasant bitterness. — 3 months ago
Day 2 after having a small glass day 1 and thinking really needs time. Family over and drank after two easy Napa cabs. Rhubarb, strawberries, cherry, tobacco, flint earth, chocolate dusted raisins, and moist earth. Others reacted negatively to this on first taste but came around after half a glass. I loved this from go today. Really different style. Guessing it will be a great 25 year wine. — 2 months ago
Washington State Rhône-style blend of Mourvèdre (45%), Grenache (31%), Syrah (12%), Counoise (8%), Grenache Blanc (2%) and Picpoul (2%). Bright ruby color. Aromas of black raspberry, kirsch, dried rose petals and herbs as well as smoked meat. Dark fruit on the palate as well as black olives, tobacco and black pepper. A bit of pleasant bitterness on the long finish. Fine grained tannins and a silky texture. Quite savory with a touch of Brett. A fine example of a wine that has benefited from proper aging. Spectacular vintage of this underrated wine. — 5 months ago
Not terribly memorable but enjoyable at the very least. — a month ago
What a glorious beaujolais to kick off the holiday season! — 5 months ago
Fresh and with so much savory fruit, but really needs time as the tannins are imposing. Really needed the steak! — 6 months ago

Very pale, dry, green apple, light citrus, clean, and lots of bubbles. Excellent. — 19 days ago
