Estate Viognier 2019. Found a couple of bottles in the winery... what a treat. The grapes are coming from the Judean hills.
Brilliant color, nice nose , citrus notes. On the palate seems like a full body a little oily. Very different from when tasted at its youth.
Excellent. — 2 years ago
This is the estate brand, not the single.
One of best of Tishbi's in all classes. Medium body, complex and developing nose and palate.
Delicate, profound. Provides pleasure — 2 months ago

Amazing nose of leather, earth. The palate is of less deepness. Drinking window almost over. — 7 months ago
17 years old CS blend from Tishbi. Surprisingly vivid reddish color, intense nose and balanced palate. Plums and dried fruit is noticed. — 2 years ago
Dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of red plum, ripe red berries, dark chocolate, leather and freshly turned earth. Hint of dill, vanilla and smoke on the long and oaky finish. Big tannic grip but with good balance. Quite bold, rustic and burly. — 2 years ago

Lemon, floral, mineral, slightly honeyed, lovely texture and cleansing acidity, this should continue to age gracefully for 2-3 years, my favorite domestic Viognier, kudos to Jonathan! — 21 days ago
